These Terms apply exclusively to the use of the site by the user (hereinafter, "the user") which includes information about the company, its history, its products, its industrial plant, activities, and other information concerning the health field. These Terms do not apply to the procurement of the services, but exclusively to the use of the site. These Terms provide the terms and conditions under which the user uses the site, including their rights and responsibilities, as well as Quimfa's limitation of liability. 1. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
1.1 Access And Use Of The Site
The provision of the site service is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration. However, you can register to receive information by email or, in the case of being a medical professional, to access scientific studies. You must be of legal age to be able to contract, provide valid, complete, and lawful information, and keep such information up to date. You acknowledge and accept that the registry is personal, and you will be solely responsible for the administration of the access passwords that you possess or acquire, and you acknowledge and accept that, if you do not act in a responsible manner and as established in these Terms, Quimfa SA will not be responsible for the use that a third party may make of your password, even when it does so without your knowledge or against your will. You agree that, in accordance with current regulations, Quimfa SA has the power to verify the veracity of all the information provided by you.

1.2. Obligation To Use The Site Correctly

(d) use any content on the site in a way that may infringe any intellectual property right, or any right of Quimfa SA or third parties, as provided below.
2. CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Contents are all information, messages, graphics, drawings, sounds, images, photographs, recordings and, in general, any kind of material accessible through the site.
2.1. Obtaining Contents
The user must refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain the Contents through the use of procedures or means other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available to them or have been indicated for this purpose on the pages of the site where the Contents are found or, in general, those commonly used on the internet for this purpose, which may entail a risk of damage or disablement of the site.

3. PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS
3.1. Products Displayed On The Site
The user can access the list of products, their image and description, even to be able to download them in PDF format for information. By no means, this is automatically authorized for unauthorized marketing.
3.2. Events
Quimfa SA offers various medical congresses, in addition to supporting other events in the general health field. The content of the site referring to this point is informative before and after said activities and does not constitute an official image to be used for press or third-party promotions, without the prior consent of Quimfa SA.
4. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVERTISING
Every time the user uses certain tools on the site such as Contacts or the Products section, subscribes to the database to receive information or requests information, they will be communicating electronically with Quimfa SA. 10. PROCEDURE IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE USER

In the event that any clause of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
